As an administrative staff member, you support the management and the various departments of FSB OTHAL GmbH with administrative and organizational tasks. Within our central services, you take on an interface function and contribute to the smooth running of our administrative processes with a reliable and service-oriented approach.
Responsibilities include:
- Organization and handling of general administrative tasks
- Telephone and written correspondence with guests, business partners, authorities, and employees
- Processing group inquiries and preparing offers and booking confirmations
- Administrative support for departments and management
- Management, digitization, and organization of contract and document records
- Support for HR administrative processes, particularly for vacation and absence notifications
- Coordination of appointments and organizational processes
- Participation in the creation and maintenance of internal documentation
- Support in the further development of digital administrative and organizational processes
