Deputy Operations Manager (m/f)
Full-time, permanent
As Deputy Operations Manager, you will perform the duties of an Operations Manager during their absence.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for proper operation, especially operational safety and proper maintenance of the facilities
- Authority to issue instructions to all employees and external companies working in the areas of responsibility of the position holder
- Participation in training and further education
- Training of other employees
Our expectations:
- State-certified master craftsman or technician in electrical or mechanical engineering professions, or a technical/economic university degree
- Professional experience in a comparable position or entry as a junior executive
- Knowledge of cable car operations or willingness to learn accordingly
- Technical and business management understanding
- Hands-on mentality
- Willingness to take responsibility and solve problems
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
- Entrepreneurial thinking – focus on the essentials
