Deputy Operations Manager (m/f)
Full-time, permanent
As deputy operations manager, you will fulfill the duties of an operations manager during their absence.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for proper operations, particularly operational safety and proper maintenance of the facilities
- Authority to give instructions to all employees and external companies working in the areas of responsibility of this position
- Participation in training and professional development
- Training of other employees
Our expectations:
- State-certified master craftsman or technician in electrical or mechanical engineering professions, or technical/business degree
- Professional experience in a comparable position or entry as a junior professional
- Knowledge of cable car operations or willingness to learn accordingly
- Technical and business understanding
- Hands-on mentality
- Willingness to take responsibility and solve problems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking – focus on what matters
